I believe people respond to honesty in music. I love sounds from different cultural backgrounds and styles as long as it is passionate and honest.
Since us musicians don't stop learning until the day we die, there always is a project ahead of us.
Getting older, it is not so much about technique anymore, but rather about variation, emotion, feel and being a servant to the artist or song. I like it if people don't notice my playing too much, but would very much miss it if it wasn't there.
I spent the last 25 years playing corporate events and weddings being a service provider. Today, I want to return to creating art, exploring new combinations of sounds and styles.
