I live near Galway. I have played the electric guitar for 7 years, I practice for usually around an hour every day so I am quite proficient. I have just started playing the harmonica, so I'm not that good yet but am getting there. I have played the guitar for all this time and have never once been in a band, but I have practiced and practiced and I now know that I am good enough. It's all I want now, to be in a kick-ass rock n' roll band.

Influences
I really want to meet some people who like the same music as me. My favourite band without a doubt is The Who. Other bands that I like are mostly 70's hard rock bands; AC/DC, Rory Gallagher, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith, Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, Pink Floyd, Kiss, Jimi Hendrix, Creedence, The Doors, The Rolling Stones. I Also like some early metal music; Iron Maiden, Ronnie James Dio, Black Sabbath, Metallica. I could go on all day, but this some give you a good sense of what I'm into. Also ther listed in rough order of how much I like them.

EQUIPMENT
I have a 2012 Gibson SG Pete Townshend signature model. A badly beaten up Custom Shop Epiphone Les Paul. A Blackstar 20 watt valve amp. A Peavey Vypyr 30 modelling amp. I also have about 5 or 6 pedals. Also I am gettiing a Rickenbacker 330 for my 18th :)
