ABOUT

Mezzo soprano trained singer, seeking experienced acoustic guitarist for lounge/wedding Duo set project. Goal: paid hotel & event bookings in Dublin / Gorey. Rehearsing weekly. Interested in meeting up to practice, gain confidence and put together a 45min set list eventually extending to 45min+45min set list. Simple starter set list something like: Dreams - Fleetwood Mac, Make you feel my love- Adele, Valerie - Amy Winehouse, At last, L-O-V-E, Fly me to the moon, Fields of Gold, Fever etc.

After meeting and deciding to work together I would like to attend open mic nights to build the relationship and ultimately create an page, film 3 good quality videos, short promo clip, Simple Canva pdf brochure. I have sales and IT experience so I am happy to source gigs. Happy to split 50% of fee. This would initially start being a hobby and could end up being a regular income stream. Once were understanding each other I hope to build an artistic identity where were both happy. I also think there is opportunity for a solo guitar piece in what I'm suggesting to build together. I'm free in the evenings and two days a week a I work part time. Seeking similar intentioned individual.

I am used to doing Church ceremonies but would love to focus more on a lounge / club environment as it has been a long held dream. Eva Cassidy, Adele, Missy Higgins, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Joss Stone, Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse, Sara Bareilles. Jazz Standards, Soulful covers, Soft pop ballads, Wedding Ceremony crossover. Commercially smart options.

EQUIPMENT

I can source a PA from a college I work in but do not have my own. I have a stand for my phone/tablet for lyrics. I can source a sheet music stand but don't own one.
