As well as writing my own music, I'm working with others in the Kildare Music Projects group (on facebook) with the goal of making recording & live projects with local musicians every month. You can join that group on facebook even though everyone is drifting away from facebook sometime soonish :)
I use the latest project-management techniques to seamlessly (hopefully) co-ordinate a bunch of people working in the room at different times or working remotely at home.
Music creators work to develop their music and keep any royalties.
For other talents the rate of pay is currently 10 euros per hour.
