Hi,our band is called unemployable hipsters,we are unbelievably committed to recording our ep and starting to play around,we realize that ireland is not the best place for new music so we will probably start trying to get gigs in berlin,me(the guitarist) has been talking to the brian jonestown massacre and anton is allowing me to remix one of their songs personally.we have a link to gigs in newcastle,we want to rewrite all the covers that we play in whichever genre we feel like at the time,our main focus will always be original music. we have auditioned many many musicians,some better than us but we have promptly fired all of them for not being committed enough.it is currently just me and the bass player and a sh*t load of high quality songs.we are starting to sound a little bit like the unknown mortal orchestra.myself and the bass player(liam)did this a few months ago while the singer(at the time) was gone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03ZKfzoO_iQ our own sound is different..depending on what day it is.

anton newcombes no bullsh*t attidude,weens experimental "fu*k genres" tendencies and of course periphery for their "fu*k all music studios and management" ethos.
outside of that ALL music is good in some form of another.
EQUIPMENT
loads of guitars and basses,we have a drumkit but expect you to have your own,we have a p.a but we use sonic rooms to practice.
