Originally from Dublin, my drumming career has spanned more than 30 years. I’m the son of a Jazz drummer, and have toured extensively throughout Ireland, Europe in general, and the US.
I have had a litany of performances throughout Ireland, in every major venue from Whelan’s, the Sugar Club, The Gaiety, and The Cork Opera House to a myriad of hotels, pubs, festivals and live venues. Performances include: working with members from the Dubliners, Stockton’s Wing, Thin Lizzy, and Brian Kennedy to name but a few.
I am very active on the Dublin gigging scene with many live bands from Rock, Blues, Jazz, Irish music and everything in-between.
Besides gigging, I also run my own drum teaching school located in Lucan.
I am the resident house session drummer/percussionist with 5 of Ireland’s top recording studios – TGR Recording studios, Ballycanew, Gorey, Wexford www.attuned.ie Hoop Music Maynooth, Richmond Studios Rathmines, Komodo Studios Co. Down, and Grouse Lodge Studios , Co. Westmeath.
