Been playing guitar on my own for approx. 16 years and I think it's time to step it up a little bit, I'd like to meet some like minded guitarists and musicians who just want to jam, or, more preferably to be honest; if they're more serious about starting a band then that's cool too. Like I said, it's been 16 years and I think it's time to take the plunge.
My influences list isn't anywhere close to exhaustive, but includes most of the artists which I listen to regularly and am very inspired by.
